I am an Austin native, which apparently makes me a rare breed. I am a very open minded and accepting person who usually has some enthusiasm to share.
I enjoy drawing, painting, reading, and writing. I love sports; not so much watching them or following stats as actually playing them. I'm not exceptional at any sport, however I am somewhat athletic and love moving.
I love being outside.
I love my families, and my two kitties Milo and Bruce.
I'm half Japanese, and no I do not speak Japanese. Yet.
My ideal diet is pescatarian, but I'm pretty open.
Definitely a laid back extrovert, I do need my occasional alone time to think and brood in silence. It energizes me.
I love learning.
I believe world peace is possible.
I am queer and my only allergy is sulfa drugs. And misogyny. And I suspect fresh jalapenos.
Food is really good, and I am not picky.
I appreciate positive, genuine, intelligent people.

I met my first couchsurfer when I was 17. My father had just passed away and her spirit was so intriguing and beautiful to me.
I met several couchsurfers when I was 19 and 20 and just realized that I gravitated to these people; all different but all sharing this purity and optimism that I found so attractive.
So, I decided to officially join and step up from "honorary".
