Happy to meet anyone who can hold an interesting conversation, particularly about politics and their culture (or film/literature!) I love local food and experiences- somewhere fun but not too loud for a conversation is ideal for me.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only hosted one person so far, but that went really well. Have also met some others from the Couchsurfing community and had found them very easy-going. It's a great way to meet people that you might not otherwise get to know.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

One interesting thing I have done is spent three days climbing a mountain in China. Every night was spent in a monastery, and one night I got to have a really awesome conversation with a middle-aged monk. He didn't speak any English, had never spoken to a foreigner before, and cannot ever leave China because of his religious affiliation. At the top of the mountain, was a huge, golden Buddha and incredible scenery.
