About Me

ABOUT ME I am from Hong Kong and live in Hamburg, Germany since 2003. I speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English and German, a little Japanese and Arabic. Down to earth, easy going. I have two daughters, 9 and 23 (born in 2014 & 2000). My younger daughter, me, my partner and his daughter live as a patchwork family. I love traveling, meeting people, learn different cultures. My travel companion is my little daughter who is born in 2014, hope she learns by traveling! Life can be very short. I am luckily survived several years ago from a birth complication. So I thought I have to try as many things as I could before I die. Life could be very short, we could die in a sudden. I travel anyway a lot before I was sick, after that even crazier. Hope to see every corner in the world. I am a very emotional person, I will cry by seeing poor people sitting on the street and begging. I will cry on watching TV seeing people who is sick. I will cry seeing stunning view (for instance in Nepal). Thank God gives us so many things, we have to be thankful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was on CS for pretty long time. I met some girls from Hong Kong several years ago and I was told there is couchsurfing. At the beginning I thought it isn’t safe and impossible to get free accommodation or even guide for free. Then I started to do it last December (2017) in Australia. I brought my old mom and my younger daughter with me. The feeling and experience were amazing and I love the idea. I can get to know many people and talk about anything and pretty much everything. My daughter can learn different things (for instance languages).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Move to Germany
Gave birth to my two daughters. The first one was in a very poor simple village in Egypt called Dahab. The 2nd one was so dramatic and am glad that I ended up survived from a birth complication (long, sad but at the end happy ending)
Bungee jumping (Cairns)
Skydiving (but half successful only, at the end have to be stopped because of the rain) (Cairns)
