I love learning about new cultures and people. History buffs intrigue me because I believe you cannot know you're future until you've researched your past.
I began to take road trips once I began college and now I crave at least one each year. I love going off the beaten path and not taking the tourist's route.
I have a Wheaton terrier, she's very timid and doesn't do well with other dogs. If you have other dogs we can discuss it. She loves her kennel and I'm not opposed to her staying in it overnight if you are just staying for a day or so.

I am couchsurfing because I have heard so many wonderful things about it. I cannot wait for my first experience and I hope to host someone soon. I believe anyone can positively affect another person even if they come into contact for less than an hour. I hope to meet numerous people all over the world.

I love discussions on politics, I am always eager to learn from someone's perspective. I believe people can have a discussions with opposing views without losing or winning.
I am also very interested in the Middle East. I am learning Arabic, so if you know even a little I will be glad to attempt a conversation.
I'm so much more interested in local culture than tourist attractions.

My favorite band is Magic! It's a new band but I cannot get enough. I do listen to almost all music, I am always up for new suggestions. This is how I find new music to love.
I'm more of an action movie fan, but I also enjoy vast amounts of movies. I have recently become a fan of documentaries.
