Hi! My name is Megan, I'm 23, and I'm from St. Louis, Missouri, USA. I just graduated, and I made this profile because I'm about to head out to Europe for the first time. A friend recommended this site to me. After my trip to Europe in July 2018, I'll be going to Shanghai, China where I'll be teaching English for a year. I love teaching English, but also love learning new languages as well. I'm looking forward to meeting locals and travelers, visiting museums, and getting a taste of local life. I'll be traveling to London, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Rome, Florence, and Venice.

I love all music except dark heavy stuff and most country, I love Bossa Nova, any live music, and a ton of bands and rap. I've been to a few music festivals and I hope to go to a few more in Europe and Asia! I love action movies, old films, black and white movies, comedies and dramas. I hate scary movies so much, they gross me out!! I love classic books like fahrenheit, great Gatsby, and Lolita. I also really like poetry books like milk and honey, and home design magazines.

I like to think that that out amazing adventures are lying ahead of me. I'm very excited about this trip and my new home in Shanghai. However this past year I drove across the US with my best friends and drove up California. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good drive and a beautiful view!!

I can share my experiences, a good meal, book and music recommendations as well as travel advice for the US. My family owns a travel company and I'd like to think I've learned a thing or two from the family business! I also can offer any photography services including portraits and family shoots, event photography, or just fun and social outdoors shots!
