Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My roommate and I live in the city of D.C. and both love meeting new people. She traveled throughout Europe last year using couch surfing and I'm headed to Europe this March for a 6 month adventure. I'd love to meet people from the places I'm heading to and trade travel tips and stories.

I love reading, movies, museums, hiking, live shows, and beer.

I've lived in Alabama, Florida, and D.C. I don't consider those to be particularly interesting places compared to where I'm going now, but I don't know maybe you'll find them interesting. I can tell you what being a bartender is like, we can talk about books and music and history, mostly I'd like to hear from you! If you can tell me about the history of the country I'm staying in that's a major plus!
