Hello World, and hello fellow couchsurfers and hosts! My friends have described me as being a flamingo or unicorn if I could be compared to an animal. I love travelling, and I am currently in Vancouver, getting ready to face my first rainy winter. I try to get away from the city most weekends, preferably hiking and camping. When I'm in the city, I'm usually checking out any events going down, like Nerd Nites or any bands that catch my interest.

I like exploring a city through the eyes of a local. You avoid the basic tourist traps, meet the loveliest of people, and the money saved on accommodation can go towards more food/drink fun stuff!

兴趣

I love traveling. I think if I could afford to travel non-stop, I would. I love exploring mountains, lakes, forests, and coastlines. I would pick backpacking trips over Vegas silly times any day. I like cooking and finding sweet noms in the city, I appreciate craft beers, and prefer red over white. Long runs help clear my mind, I practice yoga when I can, and I love shows like Rick and Morty.

I love learning how to make things, whether it be woodworking, sculpting, knitting, all that jazz! In terms of skills I can offer, I know Cantonese, can speak some Japanese, we can paint together, whip up some delicious meals, practice yoga, run around the neighbourhood- I'm game for all of the things!
