I am new to couchsurfing and joined because I will be attending Durham University this fall and would love to travel a bit while I am there. I would also like to meet new people and learn from their past travels and experiences.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am on couchsurfing because I would love to see Europe. I am a student so funds are very tight. Couchsurfing would give me the opportunity to travel to more places for longer while also getting the full experience with the local residents. I am a very sociable person, I think couchsurfing would be the best way to travel abroad, meet new people and explore what they have to offer.

Interessen

My interest include running, hiking, biking, walking, lifting weights, and playing any sport! My absolute favorite thing to do is bake, cook, and make candy! My grandmother owned a candy shop and would always make treats for us. I gained an interest from watching her and call to her recipes often! She is a saint of a woman! I love watching T.V shows, I know that sounds boring but I have a multitude of shows I follow. I also love animals, I will be the first one to come to an animals rescue. I am a very active person and love to travel. I have been to Haiti, the Bahamas, Ontario Canada, multiple states in the U.S.A , Newfoundland, and I am looking forward to seeing as much of Europe as I can.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love all kinds of music, my favorite is country and my least favorite is heavy metal(screamo). I also love all types of movies, my favorite is comedy and I guess my least favorite would be the boring ones, I don't know. I would love to read more, something I wish to get into once I get my head out of text books.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The most amazing thing I have done is travel to Haiti, it was such a wonderful experience for me and I did no want to leave. I think others(my mum) would say the most amazing thing I have done is competed and received All American honors in the Heptathlon for my University track team.
