Overview
About Me
I'm a transplant to Denver, Colorado; I'm currently studying abroad in Turkey and starting my lifelong adventure of traveling the world. I'm all about meeting new people and experiencing the world through the local scope. I'm expanding my horizons and absorbing every perspective I can whether it comes from historical tours, locals, books, music, and traditions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm trying to go to as many places as possible while getting a real feel of a place. Staying with people who live in a city is one of the best ways to understand the culture, the locals, and get a basis of the way people treat each other in a city. I want the raw parts of the city that people don't see from hotel room views and resorts.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Scott Pilgrim, Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Nouns, Joyce Manor, Dom Kennedy, True Widow, Tiger's Jaw, etc. I love to read but can't think of anything right now. I like all kinds of music; it's hard to find something I don't agree with.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I opened a jar up by myself once; cut my hand up real bad. I'm probably a Hufflepuff.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can problematize gender all day.
Animal rights, climate change, social justice, weird independent music.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My strange sense of humor and love of animals. I can cook, but only vegetarian things. I have no idea what to do with raw meat; it kind of scares me.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bulgaria, Romania
Countries I’ve Lived In
Turkey, United States
