I'm currently traveling through South America and would love to be able to spend a bit of time with locals and also practice my Spanish. I've found that in hostels it can be a bit tough to actually use Spanish since most people speak English. I also generally just enjoy meeting new people and love the idea, hospitality, and kindheartedness that are at the root of Couchsurfing!
