We did couchsurfing for the first time in Mongolia where we spent 5 days in a ger with an amazing family. It was an incredible feeling we just want to feel again :)

A one year trip around the world! We took the Transsiberian train and saw the Baikal Lake in Russia, we rode horses in Mongolia, slept on the Great Wall in China, Ate sushi in Japan, saw the Taj Mahal in India, Hiked the Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal, saw Bagan and its many temples in Myanmar, stayed one week taking care of Elephants and also becoming certified diver in Thailand, walked in the Angkor temples in Cambodia, went down into the Kawah Ijen crater, swam with mantas, turtles and met the Komodo dragon in Indonesia, took a van and driving along the East Coast and "adopted" a koala in Australia, walked on a glacier, saw a sperm whale, swam with hundreds wild dolphins and visited Hobbiton in New Zealand, observed the sky with big telescopes and learn a lot of things about it in Atacama/Chile, did a three days tour and saw the incredible Sud Lipez and magnificent Salaar d'Uyuni in Bolivia, being breath taken in front of Machu Picchu in Peru and enjoying San Francisco, L.A., Las Vegas and the national parks close to it in USA.
