Overview
About Me
I'm a human rights researcher preparing for the next phase: Grad School! I'll soon be moving to DC where I'll enter an International Affairs program, focused on Social Movements, Conflict, and Revolution in Latin America. I love exploring new cultures and people, and am excited to discover all this new city has to offer!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To date, I've couchsurfed with friends in Uruguay and Argentina. Both experiences were filled with many surprises, including making homemade ravioli, visiting 6 local lakes, even touching baby crabs! Our host was fun to be around and truly made us feel at home. I hope I can one day return the favor to guests (once I've settled in!).
Interests
I'm a huge fan of exploring nature, be it hiking, kayaking, swimming, or even simply going out for a walk. I'm an avid reader and love a good podcast or crossword puzzle, though a fun night of salsa dancing is always a plus. And as a football fan, come fall you'll likely find me following my team, no matter how terrible the Jets may be.
