I am a traveller and photographer based in Vilnius. I'm currently studying nursing, so I'm less often abroad, but at least once or twice a year I go to Japan or some country in Europe.
Outside of my studies, I am mostly at home, where I work as a freelancer.

I'm here because I've had good experiences travelling all over the world and staying with complete strangers, and the friendships have led to some absolutely incredible things - new places seen, beautiful people's stories.
It's nice to get to know other peoples, how they live, how they react to what's happening in the world.

Before I moved to Vilnius, I lived for many years in a small town with not many tourists, close to the border with Latvia.
So far I have hosted only three people.
It wasn't until the Covid pandemic hit that travel stopped, and I've forgotten Couchsurfing ever since.
Now I have remembered it again and I can try to host people, although my home is not as big as it was before. It's a studio type home where I live alone.

兴趣

At the moment, I'm focusing a lot on medicine, because I'm studying nursing and I think it will be one of the areas I'll really enjoy and want to work in in the future.
Apart from that, I am also a photographer who mainly photographs real estate. I also photograph weddings all over the world, personal celebrations, etc.
I have a bicycle, I ride it a lot, it's a very convenient means of transport in Vilnius.

Although my apartment is not very big, just 23 square metres (you can see it in the photo), it has enough space to sleep. Open space area. If you spend all day in the city, or if you go hiking, this is the place to sleep.
I have an extra mattress that you can put on the floor, or if you want you can sleep in a sleeping bag. I can provide bed linen.
As the mattress is 140x200cm, I could accommodate max 2 people, more would just not fit.
There is a small kitchen area, as well as a comfortable bathroom.
There is a large work desk in the room, which I can share if needed. I can also share the wifi.
I usually spend most of the day at home, and if needed I can show you around the city, take you around in the car, show you what might be interesting.
