Hey everyone!

I am a Canadian digital nomad currently on an around-the-world trip. Before I left Canada, I had a career working with young offenders. I am also doing my Masters degree in Psychology while I travel. Getting used to working and studying while traveling has been difficult, but very rewarding.

Meeting new people and experiencing new things has made me a better person. Sleeping on cheap bunk beds and living off street food has made me appreciate small comforts a lot more. I wouldn't change any of it!

When I travel I generally go out for most of the day and then come back for a rest in the evening. Usually, I spend 3-4hrs working per day. I also like to go out and see the local nightlife, but I'm not a hard partier.

I am hoping to use Couchsurfing as a platform to not only find free accommodations, but also to make new connections. In return I can offer my genuine friendship, information about places I've visited, and some laughs! I can also answer any questions you have about being/becoming a digital nomad.

I am hoping to meet new people to hang out and learn with. I am backpacking around the world on a tight budget, but I want to see and do as much as possible! I believe that the best way to experience a country is through meeting the people who live there.

I love the band Bowling for Soup. In fact, I once flew to Dublin, Ireland just for their concert! But I also love most other music as well.

My favourite movies are Office Space, Deadpool, EuroTrip, Eat, Pray, Love, Revenge of the Nerds, and the Indiana Jones trilogy. In general I love comedies and horror films.

I really enjoy biographies (especially autobiographies) and mystery novels.
