I'm interested in understanding resiliency through relationship--the concept of reliance on one another as the ultimate form of activism and solidarity.

I'm interested in things that grow.. be it plants, or people. I want to nurture things.

I practice Ashtanga yoga and am committed to that practice. I love yoga/meditation and think it's a serious answer to a lot of the problems we experience in the world. I'd love to host anyone wanting to find a great yoga class or different type of body therapy.

I love to dance and sing and cook. I love animals (I have a 3.5yr old German Shepherd) and swimming in the sea.
