ABOUT ME

I'm a very friendly and easy going person who likes to travel and experience new things. I'm originally from Canada but I am currently living in the Netherlands working as an au pair. While I'm in Europe I'm trying to travel to as many European countries as I can for as little money as possible. I like to meet new people, joke around and have a good time :)!

Since I am an au pair I can't host people right now, but if you are in Utrecht I would love to get a coffee or go out for a beer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few times now and I think it's awesome! I love the idea of meeting friends through CS and I look forward to much more of it! When I get back to Canada I will also catch up on some hosting :)

Interests

I am an au pair in The Netherlands taking a year off school. I spend my free time traveling around Europe. When I am in Holland I am either planning my vacations, learning dutch or exploring Amsterdam.

I also like hanging out with Dutch friends that I have met in Holland and learning how to play field hockey!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost all types of music and my favorite kinds of books are autobiographies. I am studying to become a human rights lawyer so I am specifically interested in books and movies about human rights abuses or human rights activists!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The colosseum in Rome was pretty amazing to see. Also the Dome in Florence. Nothing has really left me awestruck yet but I'm still searching.
