ABOUT ME
I am the type of person that holds eye contact with strangers on the street. I can be found one moment sitting peacefully beside a stream, the next bounding joyfully along the trail. I find amazement in the astounding complexity of nature. I sing at the top of my lungs. I am the first and last person on the dance floor. I hug as though I mean it (because I do). I laugh with my whole self and wear my heart on my sleeve. I value honesty, integrity, and authenticity. I try to practice what I preach and offer myself compassion when I am less than perfect. I accept things as they are but look for ways they could be better. I believe in gratitude and love because no matter how hard it gets, they will help us move forward with humility and grace.

I have been absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity I have experienced from total strangers while travelling throughout Canada and the world. I hope to give back some of that kindness to others.
