About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Run a successful gardening business and get as many people to grow their own food as possible! :)

ABOUT ME

I'm a lover of art, a maker of music, an eater of delicious foods... I am a peace maker, a gardener, and traveler.

PHILOSOPHY

Start with Imagination... if you can dream it, it can happen :)

Everybody has their baggage, so try not to judge. Listen and speak to others with an open mind and heart and you might be surprised that you find we're all a lot more alike than we are taught to believe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people, learning and sharing new perspectives. I also like to use this site to find friendly locals who want to show me what the real culture is like and go to cool, hidden or interesting spots with me.

Interests

Making music-- I love to sing, and collaborate with others-- I play piano and guitar. I am interested in experiencing new and different cultures and ways of life. I enjoy nature very much and cooking (and eating!) delicious food.

I love nature and very lucky that I get to work outside in gardens every day!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love comedy.
I also like 60s, drug, African, classical, spiritual, foreign... culture (any of this applies to movies, music or books)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had an amazing and fun road trip to California from Chicago with a few good friends of mine. The trip itself was kinda crazy and a little dangerous (driving through the Mojave Desert at 1 in the morning, after being up since 6am).

I've been to over half of the United States, and I truly think New Mexico is magical.

Central America in general is simply amazing and beautiful. I can't wait to go back. I lived and volunteered on a farm on Lake Atitlan for a month... unlimited avocados and coffee... mmmm
