I am currently in my 2nd year of University on my semester abroad, living in the Amalfi Coast working with a non-govnerment organisation called ACARBIO. I have always had a passion to travel and explore different cultures. I love spending time with loved ones, engaging in an active lifestyle from surfing, hiking to snowboarding. I love yoga, meditation, dancing and moving my body. I like to spend time being outdoors being around nature. I pride myself in making the most with my time and bing passionate about the environment I am often active within my local community making a difference or learning a new skill that will be of use; such as sewing or cooking new dishes.

I am couchsurfing because I believe it is a great way to be connected with people and experience culture from someone who lives amongst it. I love traveling and I believe through the use of couchsurfing I will be able to travel in a more genuine way and experience places to the fullest.

My music taste varies greatly depending on my mood, I love india rock, reggae, soul music, jazz and classic rock - just depends what day it is. Some of my favourite bands/artists are Van Morrison, Tracey Chapman, Pearl Jam, Foo fighters, Sticky Fingers, Jack Johnson, Ben Howard, Matt Corby, Bob Marley and many more...

I love all types of films genres, some of my top films are Into The Wild, Shawshank Redemption, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Meet the Parents , 12 years a slave, American Pie and again many more...

I am not the biggest fan of fiction, but the books I have read which are fiction include The Alchemist, Sidhhartra The Help, and others... But I enjoy reading more non-fiction books based on history, religion, spirituality and mindfulness, such as The Power of Now, Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World.

I've had the honour to travel and meet incredible people, I believe everything in my life I have done is incredible and I feel very blessed for the big accomplishments and the small ones like having a smile on my face everyday.

I can teach people how to surf, how to cook and how to live more sustainably in their day to day life.
I learn something new from everywhere I go and everyone I meet, whether it is a new perspective on a matter or a traditional cultural dance.
I believe we all have our own platforms in which we can share our happiness and lessons learnt, even if it is online through the use of social media or having a conversation with someone.
