Books: Nonfiction = Personal Memoirs of Mental Ilness (Elyn Saks, Kay Redfield Jamison). Fiction = anything by Justin Cronin.

Music: The Tragically Hip, Jack Johnson, MJ, Mike Todd Trio, Nirvana, 8TRACKS! , Xavier Rudd, the radio, 60's/70's/80's hits, instrumental beauty.

Movies: fav = Maverick (with Mel Gibson).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. A three-month very sudden immersion in the French language (Notre-Dame-de-Vaux, France).
2. Sharing in the day to day lives of the homeless/poor/addicted/mentally ill in a non-profit environment.
