Originally from Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. Moved over seas when I was 13 with my family. Graduated from Shanghai, China. Moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia where I lived for 5 years and completed my undergrad, majoring in Film.

Deep love the mountains, enjoy hiking, trail running, slacklining, skiing, and climbing (although still learning that one).
Social and outgoing, to meet and connect with groovy new humans makes my world go 'round.
Embarked on a path of consciousness and mindfulness of going deeper into my inner self, always a student and always learning. I love it all, always happy to share experiences of what I've learnt.

Spend summer working in the bush planting trees and/or firefighting. Puts some $$ in the pockets and gets me in nature all day long. Tough work, but shows you what you're made of.

Don't play music but I love the crap out of it - especially dancing. Funky tunes or lives jams hold a special place in my heart.

I enjoy getting around on a small budget, much more personal, adds to my experience and whatever adventure I am currently on. Opens a window to learn about more people and different ways of living. To network and connect, who knows we might just become life long friends - I can't say it hasn't happened in the past.
Plus it's better than the Hilton... anything is better than the Hilton Hotel.

Also into guided meditations and podcasts (SHOUT OUT TO ALAN WATTS)

Most recent book I read and couldn't put down: Born to Run.
A few authors I dig: Brene Brown, Jon Kobat-Zinn, Eckart Tolle.

Movies: comedies, I like to laugh.. or lord of the rings type of stories. oh and documentaries and sports/adventure films (Valhalla might just be my favourite).
