Join Couchsurfing to see Meg’s full profile. It’s free!
I am easy-going, friendly, open-minded and curious about learning about different cultures and ways of living.
I have recently finished my studies and have decided to take some time off to backpack around Europe before hunting for a job!
I am also planning to spend a proportion of my trip volunteering on organic fruit and vegetable farms as I have an interest in sustainability, gardening and fresh produce.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couch surfing, as I believe, that to really travel involves getting to know the locals. To me, travelling isn't passing by and just ticking the main tourist attractions off the list. I believe that we learn the most in life from others and the more diverse people we meet the more well-rounded individuals we'll be. So I love the idea of sharing experiences, teaching and learning from others with different backgrounds and cultures.
I currently don't have a home whilst I am travelling therefore can't host at this current stage in time, but would love to be able to in the future on my return back to Australia!
