ABOUT ME

Megs- I come from Perth originally, but have been based out of Melbourne since 2007. Im a physiotherapist, having worked with sports teams, aged care, workers comp- the whole gamet.. I have always been a traveller, from my very first overseas trip as a 9 year old to living in Spain for 8 months last year. I appreciate everyday what i can learn from the people in my life. Some people call me sporty, but i´m fairly lazy. I like to stay fit and get involved in anything outdoors. I am a music festival junkie, and love to lose myself in a crowd every now and then. I love cooking and have acquired quite a repertoire over the last few years.. so I can offer you a home cooked feast if you´re interested!

Antonio (Toni) - From Granada in the south of Spain (he´s making me write this- typical!) Laid-back and also fitness concious, loves to have a drink and a dance out with friends, studied construction management in Spain but has yet to work in that industry. Loves strange food like sheeps throat and cow liver. ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We started with couchsurfing as a host in our shared flat in St Kilda, Melbourne. The experience was addictive, meeting some great people from germany, spain and israel.

We´ve been surfing a couple of times since in Puerto Escodido and Mexico City, Mexico, as well as a great sharehouse in Montreal, Canada.

It was an incredible experience, we are so grateful to the hosts who give you that glimpse into their life and open their door with a smile.

We appreciate and seek out art in it's many forms- street art, live music, fashion.. finding obscure hidden bars and cafes, constantly trying new hobbies, and reinventing ourselfs... we have two harmonicas that we still have to learn..
