ABOUT ME

I'm a farm town girl with extra large wings. I love to explore and delve into new adventures. I have a fairly short attention span when it come to most things in life...there is just too much out there to sit still for long. I am laidback and ready for the ride. Most of all I just enjoy laughing and making every day as great as it can be. I love people and conversation and using my mind for more than just the trivial every day garbage. All that, and long walks on the beach.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm going to start by surfing. When I get home from my travels and settle into a home of my own you can be sure I'll return the favor. What a wonderful thing it is to help, and be helped.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed three times. Each time was absolutely awesome. Everyone is so different and bring so many neat new things to the table. I have also met a ton of surfers just through traveling. It's funny how many of us there are out there if you just ask.

It's true, I am interested in just about everything. Just the short list: Skiing, Volleyball, water, music, Gin and Tonics, the smell of sunscreen, making lists, making great plans, traveling, maps, kickball, food, wine, the outdoors, camping, fast cars, facinating people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies, I love them all! High Fidelity, Almost Famous, Elf, Boondock Saints.

Music is my center. Indy Rock, Classical, Classic Rock, Van Morrison. Everything that is great, and everything that could be great.

Books: To Kill a Mockingbird, Les Miserables, other classics. Then Harry Potter, Twilight Series, Modern American Poetry.

I'm eclectic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've taught a child to do something that I love, and then they loved it too.

Obviously I can teach skiing. I can teach golf, I would love to learn another language. I would love to learn how to make wine.
