Hi there! I'm Megu from Ishikawa, Japan.
I live in a quiet town by the sea, but I travel to Tokyo about once a month for work. These days, I'm enjoying exploring different parts of Japan more deeply — and I also love traveling abroad when I can!

I work as an environmental consultant, mostly remotely, so you'll often find me working from home or a cozy café somewhere in Japan (or even overseas).

Through Couchsurfing, I’d love to meet new people, share fun experiences, explore the area together, and enjoy some delicious local food!
When I travel, I like waking up early to wander around before the crowds arrive — it's a great way to get a feel for the local vibe.

I studied Environmental Management at university, with a focus on waste issues, and I’m always curious to learn how different countries tackle environmental challenges.
