ABOUT ME

My name is Meg and I am currently serving as Peace Corps Volunteer in central Ecuador. I teach English and train public school English teachers in linguistic and methodological skills. I love travelling, eating delicious food, hiking, and adventuring in general. I love meeting new people and am always up for an adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few people on my couch and have stayed with some fellow surfers here in Ecuador, all of which have great experiences. After I finish up Peace Corps here in Ecuador next spring I plan to travel through South America and am hoping to meet some new hosters/surfers!

I worked for 5 years as a prep-cook in the States, and I'm always willing to teach people how to make the few recipes I know how to make. I also love drawing and painting. I'd love to learn how to cook recipes from the host-country surfers I visit.
