About Me

I left home in 2018 and chose the slow road across Africa — hitchhiking, walking, riding trucks, boats and sometimes pure luck.

In the Sahara I followed Tuareg routes between Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Niger.
I crossed the Mauritanian desert on top of the iron ore train.
I got lost for days in West African forests and found my way again thanks to villagers who had nothing but still shared everything.

I attended the Magal of Touba with millions of people, reached Timbuktu on a UN flight, lived with traditional communities, and learned that the real map of the world is made of human connections.

These experiences didn’t make me extreme — they made me humble, patient and deeply respectful of people’s homes and cultures.

Today I continue traveling slowly toward Asia, trying to understand places through daily life, conversations and shared meals rather than tourism.

I’m also a photographer.
I document historical places, streets and ordinary moments.
If you like, we can explore your city together on a small photo walk 📷

Couchsurfing for me is a circle of hospitality:
I hosted travelers before, and now I’m happy to be hosted and share the same spirit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For six years I traveled across Africa without flying and without returning home.
Only walking, hitchhiking and moving slowly from one country to another.

What started as a trip became a different way of living.
Borders turned into simple lines, strangers became friends, and the road became my daily routine.

I learned patience while waiting for rides that never came, gratitude when someone shared food with me, and trust when I had to rely on people I had just met.

Crossing a continent this way didn’t make me strong — it made me calm, adaptable and respectful of every place that welcomes me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach what I know, learn what I don’t, and share what I can.

I can teach basic photography and share what I’ve learned on the road — I’m not a professional, but I enjoy learning together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to share simple moments: cooking Tunisian food together, tea or coffee conversations, and walking around the city like locals.
I enjoy exchanging travel stories, cultures and ideas.
If you’re interested, we can also do a small photography walk — I’m not a professional, but I love sharing what I know.

I also like helping with daily life (shopping, cooking, organizing) and keeping a calm, respectful atmosphere at home.
