Hello my name is Mehdi! I was born in France, in the lovely city of Clermont-Ferrand.

I grew up in the south of France (far from my birthplace but nearby the sea!), where I could enjoy the charms of mediterranean life.

I've been traveling and living abroad for quite a few years now. Thanks to couchsurfing, through hosting and events, I was able to make friends all around the world and for some of them became very long-lasting relationships. It's a great community based on the ideas of mutual respect, helping each other, giving and receiving. If you don't understand that, sorry but you don't belong here.

Other than that, you're welcome as long as I can host😁 I'm always happy to show my guests around and cook some nice dinner together! I also like playing chess (I'm not super good tho), cycling and hiking. Other activities of course that's the first things that come to my mind😋

I don't really have a favorite music, I love many different things but if I had to give one I would say "Les marchands de rêves, Corneille" always makes me feel emotional.
If I had to give a movie it would be "Life of Pi" or "A peaceful warrior"...I don't know which one to chose!
So many books influenced me : "Les pensées, Pascal" , "Profession de foi du vicaire savoyard, Rousseau" , "Orientalism, Edward Said" and a lot more...
