Hello fellow travellers, I’m Mehmet—originally from Ankara, Turkey, and living in Amsterdam for the past few years. I work from home as a cybersecurity engineer. I am passionate about exploring new places and cultures. Traveling has always been a big part of my life, and moving to the Netherlands was partly driven by that—I wanted to be closer to the rest of Europe and use every chance I get to discover somewhere new. After a few years, I’d love to move to another part of the world and keep the adventure going.

To meet new people, experience places through local perspectives, and make travel more about connection than just sightseeing. I also strongly believe that travel should not be a luxury, so I enjoy offering a space for others to explore the world a little more easily—especially those just starting out or traveling on a smaller budget.
