First things first: The cat on the profile picture is mine!

Please do not send me requests for more than 2 nights, I need the space where the couch is for work quite often in the evening. I would also recommend reading my profile before sending a couch request since I received some quite impersonal messages lately. Couchsurfing is not a free hotel.

I'm a vegetarian (pescetarian, to be precise - I eat fish ;) ) but I don't mind people eating meat. It's just a decision I made for myself :)

I prefer
- failing over not trying.
- talking/cooking/going to a pub... over clubbing and partying(actually I'm not into clubs at all).
- landscape over cities.
- mountains over beaches (my skin burns easily 😄) and consequently hiking over lying on the beach.
- silence over small talk.
- remote areas over crowded places.
- emotionality over rationality.
- winter over summer. ...

I live with in an area called San Salvario. It's close to the park, the train station Porta Nuova and the city center. I'm from Germany originally and have chosen Turin to live and work. Why? Come and find out ;-)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm a people person - and I've met the most amazing people on Couchsurfing and while hitchhiking. I'm not that much into touristic stuff and I travel for leaving the beaten path. I'm so thankful for every great experience I could make while staying at people's places or in vehicles so far and wouldn't change a thing :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Extending the limits of what I thought I was able to do by traveling - for example hitchhiking from Inle lake (Myanmar) to Bangkok in 4 days meeting the most amazing people. I couldn't be more grateful! :-)
