I'm Meimei, currently an Erasmus exchange student in Munich, Germany ::

- into all kinds of sports - started skating recently
- love to dance (chacha/rumba/ballet/contemporary/etc), explore, travel and try out all kinds of new things
- write and create art, huge fan of animals in general :), big fan of beer and up for chilling/partying - big yes to live music / concerts
- played piano for most of my life - recently took up drums

PHILOSOPHY

Working on living in the moment and living to the fullest.

Life is so short, death may come the next second or day, so don't waste it away living someone else's dream, living in fear, or trapped in negativity and sadness.
It's not always easy, but trust me, its worth it.

And remember to always have fun, no matter what you do ;)

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I try my best to avoid the "tourist" experience of simply visiting a place to take pictures, throw some cash and enjoy abit on the shallow end, then leave. With traveling, aside from all the thousand moments of experiences and adventures along the way, whilst visiting somewhere I'd like to really 'experience' the place, understand it, feel it, and if possible become a part of it - getting to know and stay with new locals really help with this eye-opening experience :)

- Starting a social enterprise about street food for the urban communities in SE Asia
- Backpacking solo to Bhutan
- Backpacking solo Europe two months
- Climbed a mountain in Northern Thailand with a machete (for the bananas)
- Hitchhiked from Den Hague to Berlin
