I'm a yoga teacher, social worker, musician from Melbourne, Australia. Light-hearted, big-hearted and in love with life. I'm currently travelling, teaching yoga, and spending quite a bit of time at Mooji's ashram in Portugal, in between other international adventures. I love nature, interesting people from all walks of life and good conversation.
