I am currently a student at Stanford University in California, USA studying Computer Science. I'd like to say I'm a very outgoing and social person so I enjoy meeting new people, learning about their unique lives, and creating connections. I am excited to join this community in order to do just that.

My first time out of the country is due to an internship in Bangalore, India this summer (2017) and afterwards I will be traveling to through Europe with a friend. Due to being from a low income background, the cost of accommodation can rack up pretty quickly, Couchsurfing is a network that can alleviate that burden. Hopefully, with this network I can create very lasting memories and meet people that I can stay connected with for life.

Haven't gotten around to creating amazing memories. But the most significant and impactful thing I have done so far is establish a reading tutoring comprehension program in my old elementary school. After noticing the struggling literacy rate of students entering the middle school, I decided to establish a volunteering program tow orkign with students before, during, and after school in order to improve reading rate and comprehension. Since it has been very successful, improving the average Words Per Minute rate for 7th graders from 80 to above 120.

Teach: Coding in Java or C++, hip hop dance, persuasion techniques, teaching children anything in math or helping reading

Learn: Would love to learn how to sew or to drive stick shift car or how to dance

Share: stories, pictures, jokes :) (I'm pretty darn funny)

Would love to share stories and jokes. I'm really big on conversation so if you want to talk and learn about each other's lives for hours, I am here for it. I can also cook a few good dishes that are distinctly Cincinnati (my hometown).
