About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To encounter as many peoples, languages, cultures, tasty morsels as we can. To then find our lives' calling through our discovery.
ABOUT ME
We are a long-term fusion of two souls, best mates, and partners in adventure. We share passions for world affairs, food, architecture (although our tastes differ greatly), art, music of all timbres but especially of the electronic kind, history, language. We each have a tardis of love for kind and open-minded creatures. We are in our element when surrounded by such people and a good bottle of wine or a nice brew...we like a good party. We've both lived in Japan which kick-started our mutual addiction for both the Japanese culture and language, as well as for other travelling. The proverbial bug well and truly bit us on the butt. We haven't been able to sit still since. The female half of the duo, Mel, is an aspiring photojournalist. The male half, Ben, could talk the ear off a corn...about just about anything. We're really excited about meeting you!

PHILOSOPHY
"YES!"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We're both free spirits who want to do good in the world. When we have a more fixed address we'd love to host hundreds of new friends. Until then we're keen to catch up with people for drinks etc. in this amazing city we find ourselves in at present, Brighton, England. We believe you only should get out what you put in, and we would love to infect others with curiosity, enthusiasm and fun-loving nature.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfed in Prague and Budapest during July-August 2011. Had an amazing time with lovely, engaging, generous and happy people!! We are still mid-trip and have more hosts coming up. Looking forward to hosting in the future once we have our own place :)
