About Me

Digital nomad currently living in Munich. I have lived in Vancouver and Sydney for the last 7years but am originally from Chile. I like to meet good people and new places. I'm a bit shy at first but friendly and easy-going and I love listening to people's stories (people are so interesting!) and getting to know new cultures through the eyes of locals. I love nature, cool pubs, and discovering hidden gems, and oh! of course, I found people super interesting!

I stopped doing Couchsurfing 5 years ago after I had 2 bad experiences in San Francisco, USA, where the hosts tried to make a move on me, but after an unexpected Couchsurfer helped me out while I was doing Airbnb, my faith in this community was restored :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Life is sharing! I prefer to stay with people who can become friends than be in a hotel or Airbnb or street on my own 🤣. No matter how much money you make, I like to keep my hippie spirit and be humble, because one day you can be up and another down. I haven't hosted people yet but when I finally settle down I want to help host as much as I can. I'm here to get involved in the culture of the country I'm visiting, the local people's point of view and hopefully make friends on the way!

RESPECT IS KEY!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I quit my normal job in the best agency of advertising in my country to go try luck in a different country with no English and I got a job in a coffee shop the 2nd week since then I have worked in too many different jobs I never thought I would do.
I have assisted many cool concerts, mostly 4 free (Pearl Jam, Opera House Sydney, Incubus, Radiohead, Oasis, APC, Lollapalooza, Deadmau5, Skrillex, Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, White Stripes, Tash Sultana, Ed Sheeran, Nicolas Jaar, etc)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can deliver cultural exchange and teach a little Spanish.
Helping with cleaning
And definitely share good histories, laugh, and a glass of nonalcoholic drink, juice/tea/water.
Respect is the key for both having a good experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a friendship forever and a place to stay whenever I'm living and help as much as I can when they visit me.
I can help with cleaning and I can cook, but I am terrible at it :P
