ABOUT ME

I am a french landscaper architect. As a matter of fact I want to discover all the landscape of the world. I am interested in discovering permaculture and agro ecology which I believe are the answers of the modern world crisis. I believe that if we want to get through this century we need to adapt our productive system to a sustainable, self sufficient, and respectful system. Teach our children the importance of environment, to respect the nature, the people, to be true and honest and let the joy we all have inside be!

I am married with my dear brasilian husband and we are now travelling around Brasil to discover the country and visit some farms where we could learn about permaculture and respectful ways of producing food.

Hapiness is not something you trying to reach, it is now and here. I know that and i'm trying to apply it to my everyday life. When it is hard to think like this, i'm trying to think that every situation teaches you something, every person.

When I was student in architecture, what I've learned as ironically as i sounds is that it is important to increase the immaterial things : exprerience, people you have met, knowlegde, and to decrease material things. I'm working on this.

I also like art, I regulary try to go to see exhibitions, from every century, period, not only contemporary. I like to visit cities, places, houses, villages, national parks, ecologocal reserves, churches, anything basically. I like to draw the places i am visiting and make travel books.

But my passion is trully the nature. I like to go to walk hours in the nature, it is such a great feeling. I thing it is the strongest feeling I can get.

I love music. In my everyday life there is music. Music is life, joy, melancholia, hapiness.. Every feeling you can get. But i dont play any instrument sadly. But i do admire people who know how to play or sing.

PHILOSOPHY

Take what the life gives to you. There is always something good to take from every situation. Learn as much as you can. Always do the best you can it is good enough. Listen to your heart and be true to yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm involved in couchsurfing as a host and a surfer. I've been doing both.
I received a lot of people during summer holidays. But I ve been moving houses a lot these past few years so it was quite hard to settle couchsurfing guests. Once i will be settled down again I will happily host again.
I also surfed when i did a trip in London.

All my experience were good, as a host and as a surfer. I always met good people, always learn something and always spend good time. Why would i stop ?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't think of one thing for the moment but I can say several little joys I had in my life like the great feeling I have when one of the plants I'm cultivating start to make flowers!! haha
I know it sounds crazy, but I do feel good when it happens

Teach, Learn, Share

Je peux enseigner la danse et la gymnastique rythmique
Je peux enseigner le français pour les étrangers.
Je peux enseigner et partager la meilleure recette du gratin de courgette!!! haha (normalement c'est secret de famille alors faudra être très gentil..)

I can teach danse and rhythmic gymnastics although I don't think many people are willing to try this sport.. and it's been a loooooong time I don't practise but I did and I taught for a certain time.
I can teach you the best recepe of the courget gratin which is a family secret so you would have to be very nice!!.. ;)
