Melissa and I enjoy a multitude of things. There is seldom an experience in which we won't find reason to smile and laugh. Nature never fails to bring out the best in us, be it on a mountain, in the woods, or in the ocean, there is no where we feel more at home.

Melissa is a bit of a biology nerd by nature. She enjoys hiking and painting. She is a culinary chemist, it seems as though our house is always filled with the smell of wonderful food.
I am currently infatuated with a few things: the Spanish language, linguistics in general, and running long distances in the mountains.

It is hard to imagine composing a list of these things. We don't watch too many movies. But we do listen to a lot of music and read a lot of books. It would be a pleasure to share some of these things with anyone interested.
