After few years recording sounds in Europe and Asia we are back to France with sound happenings. We hope we'll offer great sounds about our trips !

ABOUT ME

We both like traveling with backpacks, by hitchhicking, walking, sailingboat... and we like sounds: musics and fieldrecording aswell. So,we connect both, traveling and sound recording in a long project Tamatam Sound Trip.

Now, we have a little boy travelling with us :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We like traveling in different ways, going slowly, meeting people.
We try to be eco-friendly and slow life.
We'd like to meet lot of people who share ideas and values.
We wish to make meeting new people a goal of our "soundtrip"!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Several experiences since few years. We were hosting people where we were living in France.

2013/2014 : Sound trip in Europe from Iceland to Turkey
2014/2015 : Sound Trip in Asia : Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, Laos.

Travelling: by feet, hitch-hiking and sailing-boat!

We participate in different kind of alternative activities: LETS(Local Exchange Trade Systems), CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), housing cooperative, Non-violent Communication, permaculture, and so on.

We both practice yoga, enjoy camping in nature, hiking

We both experimented living abroad.

Meeting finnish people, naked in a sauna and being slapped by them with a bundle of birch twigs with fresh leaves!
Seeing northenlights while beeing in a icehole somewhere in the middle of Lapland.
Sleeping in the mild of will jungle in Guyana.
The birth of our son, of course ;)

Melanie can organize drama workshops. I use drama as a tool to make people feel better, to connect people, to be creative...
We do like sharing our sounds with sound happening we can organize with our hosts! We can play our sounds, record some new with you, showing you how to record and the how to mix on a pc...
