ABOUT ME

I come from Zadar, Croatia. I would describe myself as a sensible, enthusiastic and hardworking person, with a strong will. I enjoy meeting new people, sharing experiences, discovering new "me" in sincere interaction with others. I enjoy learning new things, doing new activities, trying things I haven't tried before. Always breaking my barriers bit by bit.
I enjoy cooking, learning new languages, reading foreign literature, and practicing sports - always as an amateur, but I love it! What else? Oh yes, I am very passionate about food. I guess that's why I find it really comfortable living in Italy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a number of people in my city, met with them, showed them around, and discovered my city once again. It's been a great experience.

Interests

Being kind, patient and accepting, of me and of others (general interest).
My interest in becoming active on couchsurfing again is to meet people in Bergamo (where I've been living for 2 years now, and I love it), meet sometimes to go out for a drink, to the cinema, a theatre play or a bike tour for the weekend. Am open for suggestions :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Oueen,Pearl Jam, Aerosmith, Elton John, Tracy Chapman, GN'R, Eric Clapton, The Cranberries, Sting, Abba..since recently going crazy for old Italian music, from the 60s, 70s, 80s.. and so much more..I LOVE music.

As far as it concerns books, I enjoy reading books that concern psychology, sociology, social psychology, human development in general.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have an interest in a wide variety of activities and am always open to new experiences and learning new things, whatever they may be!Well, almost whatever they may be ;)
It seems strange to write what I can offer in the terms of teaching.. What comes to mind first is knowledge of English language, or perhaps Croatian if there are people out there interested in learning some Croatian words or more about the culture. Then there is the passion for recreational sports - cycling, zumba, aerobics ecc. ecc. to the latest crossfit that I've become addicted to :)And many, many other things :)
