Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Mainly 1960s/70s psychedelic folk, but also love psychedelic pop, rock and jazz from the era, as well as lots of contemporary stuff. Record collecting and discovering new music is a big passion of mine and a large part of my life as editor of a music zine (online and in print)
Movies: Favourite genre is 70s folk-horror -The Wickerman, Witchfinder General, Penda's Fen, Blood on Satan's Claw as well as more recent films by the likes of Wes Anderson, Xavier Dolan, Sofia Coppola, etc etc
Books: Some of my favourite authors/writers/poets I can return to time and time again would have to be Sylvia Plath, Leonard Cohen, Oscar Wilde, Virginia Woolf
My favourite short story is A Perfect Day for Bananafish by J. D. Salinger
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Founded and currently self-publish/edit an underground quarterly print music magazine called MOOF!
Teach, Learn, Share
Happy to share my slightly niche knowledge of private press acid folk records of the 60s/70s if you're willing to listen
