I am thinking about dropping everything and traveling the world with my child. I am tired of dreaming of doing this and waiting until I have a lot more money because who knows what the future holds? I saw this 'couchsurfing' thing when I was reading an article about leaving everything behind....lol. So, i decided to check it out. Luckily, I can ease into it a little bit since I am a teachee and I have holidays, spring break and summers off. But, I am ready and tired of waiting for the 'right time'!

More about me/us:

I am a mother to a wonderful 10 year old boy named Dane. We like to hang out and have fun together. We love to go to the beach, surf, swim, run, and any outdoor activities really. Sometimes we travel together and sometimes I go alone.

I have been teaching for 10 years and P.E. is my preferred subject, but I have also taught Reading and Science. I love to interact with and help others learn, so this is a great job for me right now.

I joined this site because I would like to meet up with people in different parts of the world and explore other cultures and I would also like to give the same for anyone looking to explore the Gulf Coast while I still live here. So cheers! I am looking forward to meeting some of you!
