About Me
ABOUT ME
I am open-minded and easy-going girl who is always up to meet new people, new adventures, new activities. I love the hustle and bustle in the city as much as the silence and peace on the countryside. I am living in between and feel home on both sides.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm trying to get the most out of life and thriving for new experiences and adventures because I believe that the more you experience and see in this world and the less you sit around dreaming, the richer your life will be. So don't think to much, just do it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I am a new one here, I can't wait to meet my first surfer, and show him/her my favourite spots here in Vienna :) And I'm looking forward to making new friends around the world, also surfing by myself :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I just had one by now in Rome: Our host picked us up at the tube station with probably the best car ever ;) and showed us in one evening the most beautiful places in Rome in a car, where we first didn't believe we would all fit in there. He took us to Gianicolo, where we sat in the grass, drank beer and discussed the world while having a beautiful view over Rome.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my permanent companion. I like very different genres of music: from Indie to Pop over Hiphop and Rap but also a little bit of Dubstep are all part of my playlists :) Singing is one of my favourite hobbies, even though I am not a very good singer, I just love it and accompany myself sometimes with a guitar :)
I actually don't read that much, but I enjoy it as a pastime on longer travels or at the beach. The last book I've read was "And the Mountains Echoed" by Khaled Hosseini.
Just like music, I cannot make out a favourite genre of movies- a good one is a good one, but the last time I often watched curiously Breaking Bad :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Learned how to handle a tiny catamaran in Dominican Republic and randomly landed on a bay full of starfishes :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I think one of the best things about couchsurfing is to get not only the typical tourist impression of a city and only visit the tourist sights, but also get a deeper insight in how people there really live and spend their time with or where. So I would be glad for any recommendation to go to a cafe or a different nice place. I can offer that for Vienna :)
