ABOUT ME

I am Manchesters biggest fan - everything and everyone in it! I travelled the world, and while I saw some amazing sights, experienced some amazing new things, met some amazing people ... nothing quite compared to Manchester for me. I guess that's because it's 'home'! You may not be able to see what I see, but I'll try to show you!

I'm up for a lot of laughs, and love trying out new things/meeting new people.

I'm vegetarian and love cooking - especially for other people, love being cooked for and love eating out in awesome Manchester (there are SO many good places to eat!) - depending how long you're here, i'll expect all of these things to happen! :)

You should know also that I'm gay - so i'd totally need you to be OK with that, and probably expect you to get your sparkle on and join me for a little dance in 'The Village'! ;)

PHILOSOPHY

It's unoriginal and a bit of a cliche, but really, my only rule in life is to treat other people how I would hope I (or anyone I love) might be treated.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travelled, and the thing I miss most about travelling, is the people. So I guess the only option is to open my home up to you!

I am doing this not just to offer free beds to people who need them, but also to get to know a wide range of people and hear stories from all over the world - Of course I don't expect you to dedicate your time here to me, you have your agendas and I probably have mine - but it would be nice if our paths could cross and we could exchange tales!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to this. I didn't manage to couch surf while I was travelling (due to being unorganised and always asking for couches last minute!) and so would like to just try this out and see if it can fit in with my 'real' working life :(

I love to travel but don't get the chance so much any more - I did a RTW trip in 2010/11. I act, and run a production company, and also write (fiction and scripts.) I love going to the theatre too. I'm big on socialising, love to get together with people even if just for a cuppa after work, or an extended 'session'!
