ABOUT ME

I couldn't think of how to describe myself,so I asked a travel companion to fill this empty space.
"I know Melanie from our home town and now we are travelling together for 2 months in Australia.
I already experienced how it is to sleep in the car on 90 cm with her and another friend, means 3 of us!
But she is a very considerate and easy-going person so it was okay :-).
At the same time she knows how to stand up for her opinion.
She enjoys spending her day at the beach or hanging around at any nice place as much as she is in for exploring a rainforest and doing some sightseeing.
I appreciate in her also, that she is spontanous, reliable, creative and open-minded.
I think we are going to have a great time together in Australia"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm a traveller but I like the idea of couchsurfing. I would like to experience to be hosted but also host people later on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just experineced something which is I think something you could compare with couchsurfing. It's a special experience I am having at the moment.
Yesterday me and two other travellers have been drinking a cappuccino in a little cafe in a small town. After getting free food because they had left overs they invited us to stay over night at their house. It turned out that they are couchsurfers too and understood very well our situation. We didn't just get a bed for a night, we also were invited to join them for visiting friends, go surfing,... wow =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I thought it was amazing when I was snorkeling and there was a big seaturtle staring at me and started swimming next to me! =)
