I'm an adventurous, fun-loving Korean who grew up in East Africa.

I graduated from Gordon College in MA, with degrees in English, Spanish, and Linguistics; one of the highlights of my time as an undergrad student was studying abroad in Lithuania and Chile.

I have my Master of Education in English and Spanish, and am currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing with a concentration in Poetry and a focus in Translation.

Traveling, writing, and eating are three of my biggest passions.

Having grown up in Africa, I've rafted the Nile, ridden elephants, and kissed giraffes.
During my study abroad semester in South America, I hitch-hiked all over Chile, spent time in Patagonia, and bungee-jumped in the Andes.
Recently, I went skydiving in Queenstown, NZ, the adrenaline capital of the world!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach people how to cook Korean food or show them how to make African beaded-necklaces. I also know how to knit and crochet, for anyone who's interested in making scarves or blankets.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can share language and cultural experiences. I can also make a few decent Korean desserts. ;)
