ABOUT ME

I love people. I am the kind of person who thrives best in smaller groups of people, but I love meeting people. I spend my time playing music, singing, and eating good food. I like to laugh and be silly and I am also a serious person. I go to bed early and wake up late.

PHILOSOPHY

I try my best to be a positive person, because negativity is a toxin that infects everyone around it. This is not to say that I am perfect all the time. I believe that negative feelings towards other people stem only from misunderstanding and lack of compassion. If you can acknowledge your misunderstanding of people, your negative feelings, dislike, or hatred for people will subside and compassion will take over. Life is much happier this way.

I believe that when we listen, life shows us where to go. This is why I am mostly an unplanned person. I also believe that we should not make concrete plans, because life is ever changing in ways that we cannot predict. Go with the flow and enjoy the ride!

There is good in every predicament, obstacle, or trouble we find ourselves before.

Smile at people when you pass them by. Say hello, thank you and please. You might just brighten up someone's day, and you will certainly brighten up your own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted several travelers last winter when I lived in Jasper. All of the experiences were good, some of the experiences developed into friendships. Showing people around Jasper was a lot of fun, as it is really a beautiful place.

Interessen

I like anything artistic. Music is my passion. I play guitar and I sing, and I am learning to play a mandolin. I used to be a dancer. I love visual art though I have no talent for them. I am spiritual. I like to just find a good place to hang out and be lazy and soak up sunshine with friends. I love FOOD! I love good conversation and open minded people.
