ABOUT ME

I studied in the UK. Travelled to Europe on a backpack for 1 month. Then, I went to the USA through BUNACS (British University North American Club). Worked in a summer camp for 2 month, then traveled around North America for 1 month in 1984. Worked in Malaysia from 1985 to 2007. Oct07-Aug08, worked in Bahrain. Now, I came back to Malaysia to work with Oil and gas industry. I am willing to be host to fellow travelers. I like traveling in the past, so is in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

“People deal too much with the negative, with what is wrong...Why not try and see positive things, to just touch those things and make them bloom?"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Anyone coming to Perak, especially to see the beauty of Pangkor and Lumut. I can provide a place to stay. As I have been traveling before, I really appreciate nice people who received visitors to their country. so, I like to be better, hopefully.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Amsterdam, I met an Indonesian. Very friendly. He took me to his small flat. serve dinner. I was alone, and he was nice to me. In San Francisco, I just call a Malaysian name, I never met before. He was willing to provide me a place to sleep and I stayed for 2 days.
