Hi this is Melike, computer science student who loves to discover new places& cultures. I am 22 years old and I live in Ankara, Turkey. Besides my exhausting collage life, i enjoy taking pictures and practicing yoga. I am women's/lgbtq+/human/animal rights advocate. When you consider that I live in Turkey, it is not surprising to say that I've attended many strikes about some issues related to that:)

One of my biggest dreams is hitchhiking around the europe. I've only tried it in Germany and Turkey and looking forward to extend it to other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met with Couchsurfing while I was doing my Erasmus in Germany. Erasmus program gave me the chance to meet with a lot of people from different countries. This made me realized that how much I love to know people with different backgrounds and cultures. This is why I am here, to discover more! At the same time I would like to share with you my experiences and things about Turkey/Turkish culture, if you are interested.
