Overview
About Me
I'm 27, recently graduated, from Germany, and absolutely into all sorts of travellling and international experience. When I was 17 I went on exchange in Uruguay for a year - which is where I found my all-time-favorite language (Spanish), a second family on the other side of the Atlantic, and discovered just how much I love to get to know new places. Despite my own exchange semester in Spain, I am engaged in the international community at my home University, organizing lots of fun trips and events for foreign students. So far so good - I am open-minded, outgoing, interested in meeting new people from around the globe, and currently starting to plan my next big trip... Let the adventure begin :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I discovered Couchsurfing thanks to a good friend of mine on a trip through Northern Spain - our amazing hosts showed me what a difference Couchsurfing can make, and I'd like to give back some of that. I also see couchsurfing as an amazing opportunity to meet locals, and not only spend time with fellow travellers in the hostel community.
Interests
I love music, culture and art, I enjoy learning languages, movies and dancing till dawn, I like cooking, good coffee or reading a good book and most of all I love to spend time with friends. And of course I love to travel, experience new cultures, chocolate and sunsets :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to Indie, Singer/Songwriter and Latin; I've read everything from Great Gatsby to Cien años de Soledad to Harry Potter, and my favorite movies include romantic comedies such as The Holiday, fantasy such as Lord of the Rings, and just really good films such as Inception.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went by boat through the Iguazú Falls, danced in the falling snow, and climbed the highest Scottish Mountain.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can try to teach German to anyone crazy enought to be willing to learn, I have the best curry-recipes and I can teach some basic judo tricks ;)
I'd love to learn surfing and how really to dance salsa once, I'd love to get to know any local food specialities, and I'd love to re-activate my former guitar skills. And anything else, basically, too ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good times, fun stories, self-made cookies, and of course classical German drinking games ;)
