Overview
About Me
I’m a lover of life and its many mysteries. I try my best to be intentional with everything I do and lead from the heart (although my logical mind likes to compete sometimes haha). I always aim to live in sync with the natural world. You can catch me with my bare feet on the grass and communing with the trees! Or reading a good book. Or singing, dancing, drumming, having existential thoughts, and going on spontaneous adventures!
My background is in Neuroscience and Psychology, so you can imagine how fascinated I am with the mind and human behaviour. I believe that I can truly understand life and those around me by going to the depths of my own mind to understand myself and my conditioning.
I’ve found community to be such an incredibly important part of my life, and so I love to go to events and festivals where I can meet like-minded people and just bask in the awe of life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, what makes travelling to a particular place memorable is not so much the attractions or what I do there, but the people I meet and connections I make.
Life is all about connection, and I don’t think I can fully experience the true spirit of a place without connecting with its people.
I’m hoping to travel more, and so would love to build up a network of people I know around the world!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love me some Soca and afrobeats! I also love tribal ecstatic dance music and soft flowing songs.
Marvel movies, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Inception, Interstellar, anything that gets me thinking about the possibilities of a multiverse.
Fantasy books are my go-to and I’m currently reading the Fourth Wing series. I also read a lot of esoteric and self development books. Some of my favourites are A New Earth, The Gifts of Imperfection, Night Vision (dream interpretation), any Carl Jung book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I accidentally signed myself up to do a creative pitch of my research poster at a big conference. I ended up writing my first ever spoken word poem and it was SO well received that I started writing poetry.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you have any curiosity about things like meditation, plant medicines, dream interpretation, astrology, or even how the brain works, I’d love to share what I know and even do card readings for you! I also started crocheting and can teach ya!
What I Can Share with Hosts
